Transmission 001: The Question Moved
A field note on answers that sound complete while quietly leaving the question.
Sometimes the answer does not disappear because someone refuses to speak.
It disappears because the frame moves first.
A direct question asks for contact with one point: what happened, who decided, what changed, who benefits, what responsibility remains. But in many rooms, the answer arrives with motion already built into it.
The definition shifts.
The responsibility gets handed elsewhere.
The attention scatters.
This is the kind of pattern The Alignment Archive is built to name.
The public work will remain visible. The Transmission Stream will track the signals beneath it: pressure, perception, authority, media, AI, belief, and the quiet mechanics of accountability.
Start with this question:
Where did the answer go?
